Customer Service Store Policies STORE POLICIES: We want your shopping experience with Wags & Whiskers to be nothing less than purr-fect! PayPal?s industry-leading use of data encryption helps ensure your transactions are secure. SALES TAX: If the order is shipping to an address within the State of Nevada a tax rate of 8.1% will be applied to the order. If the order is shipping to an address outside of the State of Nevada, no tax will be applied to the order. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the next 48 hours, following credit card authorization. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or national Holidays will be shipped the following business day. We ship all orders via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail which usually takes 2 ?3 business days for the package to arrive. We include a delivery confirmation with your package. Shipping rates are determined by the total order dollar amount and the destination?s shipping address. *Free delivery is available in the Las Vegas, Henderson and Summerlin, Nevada areas. A minimum purchase of $35 is required. Note - We only ship within the United States. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We want your experience shopping with Wags & Whiskers to be purr-fect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your order within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Items returned after 30 days will be issued a store credit. All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached. Please return your items with the Return/Exchange form that was included with your order. The original shipping cost on returned items is not refundable. However, please email us to receive a postage paid shipping label in PDF attachment form (available for original packaging only). Simply print out the label and attach it to the original shipping box. If you believe your items have been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Wags & Whiskers within 10 days of delivery or send back damaged items with the return form provided. List damaged item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange. |
